These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ase58 ("ase58," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ase58.vip ("Platform"). - Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ase58 account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
21+ Notice: ase58 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification may be required at registration or at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to pass age verification will result in immediate account suspension.
To access the gaming features of the ase58 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ase58 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: ase58 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of Philippine address) at any time. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of KYC procedures.
- Account Ownership: Your ase58 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
- Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your account information whenever any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to make deposits or withdrawals.
All financial transactions on the ase58 Platform are subject to the following terms:
- Accepted Methods: ase58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Available methods may change without prior notice.
- Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), regardless of the deposit method used.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.
- Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

ase58 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. ase58 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any user from participating in a promotion without providing reasons.
- Single Claim: Unless explicitly stated, promotions are limited to one claim per user, household, IP address, payment method, or device.

- Modification: ase58 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
All games available on the ase58 Platform are operated in accordance with the following principles:
- RNG Certification: Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on ase58 use algorithms supplied by game studios that are independently audited and certified for statistical fairness. ase58 does not alter payout rates after a player deposits.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer casino games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in purpose-built studios. Outcomes are determined in real time and are not subject to digital manipulation by ase58.
- House Edge: All games carry a documented statistical house advantage. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's help/information section. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ase58 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform for any illegal purpose under Philippine law;
- Attempting to defraud ase58 or other users through any means, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering;
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting any third party in circumventing the single-account requirement;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any ase58 software;
- Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward ase58 staff, support agents, or other users;
- Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
ase58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
- Discovery that a user is under the age of 21;
- At the user's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement;
- Compliance with a regulatory or legal order from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon account closure, ase58 will return any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of identity verification.
All content on the ase58 Platform — including but not limited to the ase58 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of ase58 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ase58.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ase58 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform;
- Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, network outages, or force majeure events beyond ase58's reasonable control;
- Decisions made by users in the course of gameplay, including decisions made while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, ase58's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ase58's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ase58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to protect users from problem gambling harm. The following tools are available to all registered users from the Account Settings section of the Platform:
- Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the total duration of their daily gaming sessions. The Platform will provide notification when the set limit is approaching and will suspend access to games upon expiry.
- Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, access to real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the period.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen alerts display session duration, total wagered, and net result at intervals set by the user.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the ase58 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ase58's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Users agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the Philippines for the purposes of litigating any such dispute.
ase58 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ase58 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the ase58 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ase58 recommends checking this page whenever you log in to your account to ensure you are aware of the current version.
